• Administrative Business Office Supplies
  • Overview

    This test is for the standards of administrative multifunctional office supplies used at any administrative organization,
    and is intended to secure the functions, safety, reliability, interrelation, and ease of maintenance after reflecting
    the changes of work environment and development of related technology.

  • Applicable Items

    It shall comply with standards of administrative multifunctional office supplies (announced by Ministry of Security and Public Administration).

• Multiple Award Schedule (MAS) Test
  • Overview

    To meet the various needs of each public organization, this contract system is for two or more contract parties that allows the organization to choose items of similar or same quality, functions, efficiency, concludes a contract through negotiations for the suitable parties based on proper standards of delivery performance and business conditions, and allows consumers to freely choose products on the website of KONEPS, Korea ON-line E-Procurement System, at http://shopping.g2b.go.kr

  • Applicable Items
    • Commercialized products after the standards (model) are set.

      * Must have three or more companies with annual delivery performance of over 30 million won

      * Must have mutual commercial standards and test criteria of companies

    • Products with a unit price (including the third-party’s unit price)
    • Other necessary products that are determined by the administer of Public Procurement Service
• Eco Label Test
  • Overview

    Eco Label System marks those products with the same purpose, which create relatively less contamination during the process of production and distribution or can be recycled, with the eco label, and is to provide accurate environmental information about the products to consumers and to encourage companies to satisfy consumer’s preference and to develop and produce eco-friendly products.

  • Applicable Items

    Eco Label System issues a certification for products with the same purpose that create relatively less contamination or can be recycled, and an Eco Label certification can be applied to only those notified products and services of eco label certification.

• Energy-efficient Office Supplies Test
  • Overview

    This test is supervised by the Ministry of Government Administration and Home Affairs and is to set the standards for administrative multifunctional office supplies used at any administrative organization. It is intended to secure the necessary performance, functions, safety, reliability, and interrelation of the multifunctional supplies, to improve functions of device in accordance with effective process of administrative business and the trends of technical development of micro-processer, and to promote maintenance; only K-mark, which is our exclusive certification, certified companies can apply for the test.

    Standards shall be applied for administrative multifunctional office supplies (computers and printers.)
