Overview
- In order to prevent noise damage such as noise deafness of users, the Ministry of Environment has set the maximum sound standards at 100dB for portable audio devices, and has instructed to receive suitability performance report (inspection agency) and suitability confirmation (Ministry of Environment).
Applicable Items
- Portable device that plays music files (limited to MP3 player and PMP) and provides in-ear headphones
- Mobile phones that plays music files and provides in-ear headphones

Overview
- In accordance with Quality Control and Safety Management of Industrial Products Act, tests are performed on portable devices, electric bicycle lithium secondary cells and portable laser devices
Applicable Items
- Portable Lithium Secondary Cells & Batteries
- Lithium secondary cells and batteries for portable devices with energy density of 400Wh/L or higher.
- All navigation devices regardless of energy density.
- Exempt for devices for driving vehicles and industrial, button-cell, medical devices (except portable medical devices)
- Electric Bicycle Lithium Secondary Cells & Batteries
- Apply for all regardless of energy density.
